About us

Dwain Lindon

Dwain is both a qualified Electrical and Instrumentation Technician and the General Managing of Lincc.

With more than two decades of experience working across mining and resources and oil and gas projects based offshore, throughout Australia and internationally, Dwain offers a wealth of technical and leadership experience earned in serving mid-tier and major companies.

Dwain’s roles have spanned commissioning, maintenance, operations and supervision, always with a commitment to safe and sustainable work practices. His technical expertise is complemented by leadership skills and business acumen formalised through a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).

Lorrissa Lindon

Like many of Lincc’s clients and candidates, Lorrissa comes from the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, giving her a unique insight into client’s business environment.

A professional and passionate Human Resources Manager, Lorrissa’s experience spans recruitment, scheduling and rostering, training and inductions and all aspects of talent and people management.

Leading with empathy and emotional intelligence, Lorissa understands that people are your business’ most important asset, and she thrives on the challenge of connecting the right people with the right opportunity and supporting them to succeed.

Louise Krepp

A skilled Administrator, Louise has more than 14 years’ experience ensuring the seamless running of operations for clients spanning industrial, health and government sectors.

From processing timesheets and payroll for more than 650 employees weekly, through to raising purchase orders to ensure financial compliance, scheduling workflows and managing operational responses to COVID-19 challenges, Louise’s skills are integral to the smooth and safe operations of Lincc’s clients.

Nathan Krepp

Lincc’s Business Development Manager Nathan has worked for some of Australia’s largest privately owned recruitment companies, specialising in human capital solutions for the mining, construction, engineering, oil and gas and healthcare sectors.

Nathan’s experience spans responsibility for safety management and conducting incident and injury investigations, coordinating recruitment and training, leading tool box meetings and pre-starts to ensure jobs are done safely and to spec, managing risk and budgets and developing marketing and sales campaigns to secure new business.

Tyla Lindon

Tyla’s responsibilities include rostering for more than 20 staff, invoicing for over 600 clients on a fortnightly basis, managing creditor and debtor reconciliations, issuing client account statements, and undertaking payroll functions.

The Dux of her college, Tyla’s initiative and efficiency makes her a valued member of Lincc’s team.
